Val Rapava-Ruskin of Worcester Warriors will appear before an RFU Disciplinary panel on Wednesday 3 May charged with acts contrary to good sportsmanship.

The prop pushed match official Greg Garner in the back with both hands during the first half of the match between Worcester and Newcastle Falcons on Friday 28 April and was subsequently cited.

Newcastle kept their Champions Cup dream alive with a late 16-14 victory over Worcester in the game at Kingston Park.

The Warriors looked to have ended the Falcons' hopes of a seventh-placed finish and a possible play-off when they led 14-9 with six minutes left.
