Gerber back to boost Tykes
Rayno Gerber has proved his match fitness ahead of Leeds' game with Leicester.
Leeds have received a much-needed boost with the news that prop Rayno Gerber is fit to play against Leicester on Sunday.
The Tykes have endured a rotten start to the season, losing all three matches, and the fixture list has shown them no sympathy by lining up the high-flying Tigers as their next opponents.
Leeds have also had to deal with the losses of key players early in the season, such as hooker Mark Regan.
However, the Yorkshire side's camp will have been boosted by the sight of Gerber coming through Monday's Guinness A League game against Worcester.
Mark McMillan also made a successful comeback as the Tykes development team strolled to a 35-18 victory, with Danny Care producing a fine performance.
