Pietersen and Blaauw ruled out
The Stormers will be without full-back Joe Pietersen and prop Wicus Blaauw for the tour to Australasia.
Pietersen has been in superb form this season as the Stormers have climbed to second in the Super 14 standings - however he has been sidelined after injuring his hip against the Cheetahs.
Blaauw has been omitted from the squad to play in New Zealand and Australia after reportedly fracturing a bone in his hand.
There is some good news for Stormers coach Allister Coetzee, though, with centre Juan de Jongh and fly-half Peter Grant recovering from injury to take their places in the squad.
The Stormers play the Western Force in Perth (April 2), the Blues in Auckland (April 10), the Chiefs in Hamilton (April 16) and finally the Reds in Brisbane on April 23.
