O'Young to hang up his boots at the end of the season
Western Force scrum-half Chris O'Young is set to retire from rugby at the end of the current Super 14.
The talented No.9 has been a worthy contributor to the Force's difficult cause despite often being the back-up to Matt Henjak, Josh Valentine and Brett Sheehan.
He has also spent time in the Phillipines as an ambassador for the game, doing charity work in Manila after the devastation caused by typhoon Parma.
O'Young's gap in the Force side has been offset by the emergence of 20-year-old scrum-half Justin Turner, who has performed admirably since making his debut against the Stormers three weeks ago.
