Centre to miss Heineken Cup showdown
Ulster centre Darren Cave has been ruled out of action for up to six weeks due to a foot injury.
Cave suffered the setback during his side's Heineken Cup victory over Leicester last Friday and an MRI scan has indicated ligament damage.
The news comes as a big blow to the 24-year-old, who has impressed this term having missed a large chunk of last season due to a hamstring injury.
Ulster travel to Clermont on Saturday in a match that will decide who progresses from Pool 4 of the Heineken Cup.
