The Dragons have made their second signing ahead of next season after agreeing a deal with Ulster full-back Jamie Smith.
The 22-year-old will follow Joe Bedford in joining the Dragons in the summer after committing to a three-year contract.
Smith scored three tries in 16 appearances for Ulster, while he represented Ireland at Schools, Under-19 and Under-20 levels.
And Dragons director of rugby Robert Beale is pleased with the new additions to his squad.
"I'm delighted to have secured these two players," said Beale.
"Joe brings a great deal of experience and Jamie is a very exciting young talent.
"We've looked carefully at Joe and Jamie and we're confident that they will fit in well with the style of rugby we are looking to develop at the Dragons."
