Wales international completes move from the Blues

Newport Gwent Dragons have completed the signing of Wales international Scott Morgan. The versatile Morgan was released by Cardiff on Tuesday, with his move to Rodney Parade highly anticipated. And coach Paul Turner believes the 31-year-old, who can play in the second row or on the flank, can have a big impact on the Dragons squad. "We're delighted that Scott's joined the Dragons," Turner told the club's official site. "He is an experienced Magners League and Guinness Premiership player and will bring a lot of set-piece nous and experience to our squad." Morgan, who has previously played for Neath and Leeds, will compete with the likes of Robert Sidoli, Luke Charteris and Adam Jones for a place in the second row.
