French club raid Super Rugby - with more signings set to follow
Agen have announced the signings of Hurricanes prop John Schwalger and Waratahs lock Pat O'Connor.
The Top 14 club have only recently secured their place in the top flight for next year having spent much of this season battling to avoid the drop.
They had already announced the capture of Montpellier loose forward Marc Giraud but have now looked further afield to bolster their squad for next year.
Schwalger, 28, won two caps for New Zealand and has plenty of Super Rugby experience during his career with the Hurricanes.
O'Connor will also move to France, with the Western Force forward set to join up with his new team-mates once the Waratahs' season is over.
Agen have also confirmed that they have handed new contracts to full-back Silvere Tian and former Lions lock Dewald Senekal. The pair were signed midway through the season and have been rewarded with extended deals.
Tian, who is from the Ivory Coast, has penned a two-year deal having joined from Bourgoin during the middle of February.
Senekal, meanwhile, has committed himself for a further year at least, with an option for the 2012/13 season too, after arriving from Toulon.
Agen President Alain Tingaud also revealed that they would soon be revealing four more new players: A hooker, a prop, a wing and a loose forward.
