Toulon have once again dominated the headlines, with Matt Giteau and Bakkies Botha among their top arrivals.
Bayonne, though, have not been shy in recruiting - with Mike Phillips and Cedric Heymans joining All Blacks Sione Lauaki, Joe Rokocoko and Neemia Tialata.
Stade Francais may have averted relegation with an 11th-hour deal to clear their debts but they have not been left in the shade, with Byron Kelleher and Felipe Contepomi among those heading to Paris.
Among the new sides, Lyon have been the busier in the off-season although Bordeaux-Begles have secured the signing of Bruce Reihana from Northampton.
