D'Apice returns after brief spell last term while five others arrive
Aironi have signed up six players to boost their squad in readiness for the new season.
Tommaso D'Apice played for the Italian side under permit last season - the club's first - and has now made a permanent move from Rugby Roma.
The 22-year-old hooker will join his cousin, lock Joshua Furno, at Aironi and both have been named in the Italy A squad for their Churchill Cup opener against Canada on Saturday.
The Viadana-based outfit have also signed scrum-half Tyson Keats from New Zealand and fly-half Naas Olivier from South Africa, who played Super Rugby last season with the Hurricanes and Cheetahs, respectively.
Olivier will battle it out for a starting role with Argentinian-born Italy international Luciano Orquera, who returns from six years playing in France for Auch and Brive. The 29-year-old fly-half played in every game of the 2011 RBS Six Nations, taking his international tally to 22 caps.
Aironi's other two signings are both young Italian talents arriving from Crociati Parma; full-back Ruggero Trevisan and flanker Filippo Ferrarini.
