New Zealander joins Championship outfit
Rotherham Titans' Championship push has been boosted with the recruitment of Palepoi Nonu.
The New Zealander has arrived from National One side Cornish All Blacks to add power and experience to the Titans' back line.
Head coach Andre Bester is delighted to secure the signing of the 32-year-old, whose younger brother Ma'a plays for the All Blacks.
He told the club's
official website: "I've seen him and he has been the stand out player. He smashed people.
"He's a very good ball carrier and off loader and will be just what we want, bringing a lot of experience to our midfield.
"We are very excited about Pale. He'll be a key man and is an exceptional talent."
The Titans anticipate announcing up to five new signings within the next fortnight as they prepare for the new season.
Bester added: "Offers have been made and agreed to and contracts have been sent out.
"When they are returned signed, we will be able to make an announcement to our supporters."
