Former Warriors winger excited about move to Scottish
London Scottish have agreed a deal to sign former Glasgow Warriors winger Dave McCall.
The 25-year-old has spent the past season at RFU Championship rivals Rotherham, with McCall initially having impressed on loan from the Warriors before extending his stay.
McCall had hoped to extend his stay at Clifton Lane, but the chance to team up with former school mate Lewis Calder, the Exiles captain, was too good to turn down.
McCall told the club's official site: "I'm excited about the way London Scottish play their rugby. After speaking to Simon Amor, I am impressed with the club set up and excited and ready to come into the squad."
Head coach Amor believes McCall can add an extra dimension to his back division.
"We were very impressed with Dave," he said. "He is a real quality Championship player, and will be a fantastic asset to the club as we continue to bring Scottish talent into the squad. He has genuine pace, and will bring strength and power to our backs."
