Cooper and Anderson join up with Championship new boys
RFU Championship new boys Jersey have made the first two new additions to their squad with the signings of Tom Cooper and Rob Anderson.
The Channel Islanders, who will be making their debut in English rugby's second tier, had already brought back former players Talete Vaioleti and Ross Kenwright to the fold.
However 25-year-old centre Cooper will now make the switch from the Cornish Pirates, while lock Anderson has been snapped up from Rosslyn Park.
Cooper made 16 appearances in his season-long stay at the Pirates, having joined from the Newport Gwent Dragons in 2011.
Anderson, also 25, came through the ranks at Wasps before spending two seasons in the Championship with Esher. He joined Rosslyn Park in 2011, playing 26 times for the Londoners
