Championship finalists snap up Moseley lock
Cornish Pirates have moved to signed experienced lock David Lyons from Moseley.
Lyons is the seventh player to agreed terms with the beaten RFU Championship finalists, with the 27-year-old having impressed during his time at Moseley.
Lyons has also played for Coventry, Worcester and Gloucester and will add to the competition in the Pirates second row.
Coach Ian Davies told the club's official site: "David is an ambitious player and during the past season we have been impressed with his work-rate and physicality while playing for Moseley.
"We have no doubt he will add to the competition for places within the forwards which is no bad thing."
