Plymouth Albion have secured the services of England Students full-back Louis Messer.
The 23-year-old, a product of the Bath academy set-up, will head to Brickfields from UWIC.
And Messer, who will team up with his former team-mates Paul Roberts and Wayne Spangle, is excited about the new challenge.
"Albion has been through a tough time recently but it is testimony to the loyal supporters of the club that they are still here and in the Championship this season," he said.
"I am really looking forward to being able to get out there in front of the supporters and working with the rest of the squad to produce some strong performances."
