Coach ends five-year association
Lyon have confirmed the departure of Raphael Saint-Andre following their relegation from the Top 14.
The 41-year-old took over the reins at Lyon in 2007, having previously spent a season as a player 10 years before.
He guided the club to promotion from ProD2 in 2011, however their stay in the top flight was limited to just one season - with Lyon finishing bottom after a disappointing campaign.
And former Clermont and Gloucester centre Saint-Andre has now left the club by mutual consent - with Xavier Sadourny and Tom Smith set to take over the coaching of the side.
