Shane Drahm and Drew Hickey will leave Worcester at the end of the season and move to Japan.
Warriors must move to replace key players
Worcester have confirmed that Shane Drahm and Drew Hickey will leave the club at the end of the season.
The pair have agreed moves to Japan where they will sign for Kubota Spears in the summer.
Fly-half Drahm joined Warriors from Northampton in 2005 and has played in more than 70 games for the club. He is one of the Guinness Premiership's most prolific points-scorers.
Australia-born Drahm, who has played for England A after qualifying on residency, had stints with Queensland Reds and Bristol before moving to Northampton.
Worcester rugby director Mike Ruddock said: "Shane and Drew have both been great servants to Worcester Warriors, and they remain a key part of the first team squad this season.
"After contractual discussions, Shane and Drew have decided to do what they feel is right for them at this time in their careers.
"We wish them every success in Japan, while we will now explore other options for the back-row and fly-half positions next season."
