Bristol hooker Regan has 46 caps for England and he will be joined by fellow international compatriots Iain Balshaw and Andy Gomarsall.
Gloucester winger Balshaw will be looking to send a message to the new England coaching set-up after being overlooked for the upcoming tour of New Zealand.
