Bristol's World Cup-winning hooker Mark Regan will lead the Barbarians in their clash with England at Twickenham on Sunday.
Bristol hooker Regan has 46 caps for England and he will be joined by fellow international compatriots Iain Balshaw and Andy Gomarsall.
Gloucester winger Balshaw will be looking to send a message to the new England coaching set-up after being overlooked for the upcoming tour of New Zealand.
Former Wales and Lions skipper Gareth Thomas is included in the Barbarian's starting XV, with Australian Morgan Turinui and Samoan Seilala Mapusua forming the midfield.
Stephen Larkham will start at fly-half if he can manage to overcome a knee injury, with Saracens' Glen Jackson on stand-by to replace him.
Cardiff Blues flanker Maama Molitika needs to get over a shoulder injury in order to play, with David Croft taking over in the back row alongside Jerry Collins and Pedrie Wannenburg if he fails to recover.
Collins announced his retirement from rugby back home in New Zealand before travelling to England to watch the Baa-Baas against Ireland on Tuesday.
Fellow New Zealander Craig Newby was carried off during the defeat against the Irish, and he will now have to rest after suffering a partial ligament tear in his lower neck.
Newby should be fit to join his new side Leicester Tigers though in time for pre-season training.
