Young duo commit to The Rec after coming through junior ranks
Bath have handed academy youngsters Nathan Catt and Jack Cuthbert two-year professional contracts.
Catt was part of the England Under 18 side that claimed the Home Unions title in 2006. The prop has recently been called up to the Saxons squad to face Portugal.
Despite the new deal, Catt realises that he still has a lot of work to do before he can hold down a regular place in the senior squad.
"As a young player I need to develop and progress and I think Bath Rugby is the ideal place to do that," he told the club's official website.

"For the next two seasons I want to get more involved in the first team squad and hopefully get a few opportunities to play some great rugby alongside them."
Cuthbert has also come through the Bath Academy after joining during the 2005/2006 season. The full-back will hope that his kicking talents can push him into contention.
"I have been kicking since early on in my career. I started at fly half and was kicking for the sticks, but playing at full back has been something progressive and my conversion was actually made here at Bath Rugby," Cuthbert said.
Bath skills and defence coach Brad Davis is looking forward to helping the 21-year-old develop his game in the coming years.
"He is undoubtedly a player with great potential and good skill set. One of his most obvious skills is his goal kicking, and that is a big facet of his game," Davis added.
