'Bill Whizz' coming back to help out the Sharks

Jason Robinson is to make his return to rugby after being appointed as head coach of his old club Sale. The England World Cup winner, who starred in both codes of the game, is to join the Sharks on a two-year deal starting next season. The appointment represents a huge coup for new Sale director of rugby Kingsley Jones after the former Wigan Warrior insisted he was content in retirement. Now the winger, nicknamed Billy Whizz, is set to rejoin his former club after walking away from the game following the 2007 World Cup final against South Africa. He will be part of a new-look Sale setup, with the club set to lose a number of high-profile players like Sebastien Chabal, Jason White and Sebastien Bruno at the end of the season. Phil Keith-Roach will also be joining the Guinness Premiership high-fliers at Edgeley Park as Sale's scrummage and forwards coach. He was England's scrummage coach during Sir Clive Woodward's reign and will also sign a two-year contract for the summer. "I am delighted and hugely excited that both Jason and Phil will be joining the coaching staff at the club," said Jones.
