Census Johnston has quickly agreed to join Toulouse after he was released by Saracens.
The former Biarritz tighthead joined Saracens in 2006 and made 61 appearances to become a fan's favourite at Vicarage Road
However Johnston's exit from Sarries was confirmed on Monday, with the Samoan prop the latest casualty of Brendan Venter's revolution at the club.
A short statement issued on the Guinness Premiership club's website, read: "The club wishes Census well for the future."
Johnston will fill the sizeable void left at Toulouse by outgoing prop Dan Human while recent signings Louis Picamoles, Yann David and Yoann Maestri boost their Stade Ernest Wallon stocks for 2009/10.
