Entire senior coaching staff sign new deals at Vicarage Road
Saracens have decided to extend the contracts of the entire senior coaching staff, with five new contracts being signed.
The reward comes down to what has been a fantastic start to the season for the Vicarage Road outfit - currently lying second in the Guinness Premiership and suffering only two defeats.
Forward coaches Alex Sanderson and Paul Gustard have both signed two-year contract extensions - with Dan Vickers agreeing a similar deal as kicking coach.
Long-term deals have both been successfully negotiated for first-team coach Mark McCall and back-line coach Andy Farrell - as the duo extend their stay with Saracens.
Commitment
Director of rugby Brendan Venter is delighted to extend the contracts of the coaches and believes they will help the club to develop further.
He said: "We are working hard to develop a culture of success at Saracens, and continuity and stability are absolutely critical.
"So it is magnificent news for everybody that our outstanding young coaching staff have confirmed their commitment to the club.
"The energy and enthusiasm of this coaching group is fantastic, and I'm delighted we will be staying together for the foreseeable future."
