Vuna can face Wales despite mid-air tackle on Halfpenny
Australia winger Cooper Vuna can play against Wales in Saturday's third Test in Sydney despite being found guilty of tackling Leigh Halfpenny in mid-air during the weekend's second Test in Melbourne.
Vuna was cited under Law 10.4(e) "Dangerous Tackling", and 10.4(i) "Tackling the jumper in the air" after incident in the 60th minute of Saturday night's Test.
Judicial Officer Bruce Squire QC concluded there were significant and compelling mitigating factors, including a lack of intent on Vuna's behalf, which did not warrant a suspension being imposed for the offence.
