In depth

Verdict

TAHREEK looked to pull his chance away the last twice when racing on an artificial surface and maybe reverting to Turf will enable the Stoute charge to settle better, especially as both wins last term came on the grass when he had a good pace to aim at. Admittedly there is no guaranteed pacemaker here but Oasis Prince does like to race prominently and may choose to make all. He's had a good year for Mark Johnston and is likely to go close. Silver Line returns from an absence and has topweight to deal with and therefore Name The Wind and Dawaaleeb are suggested as preferred shortlist alternatives. although both do need to up their game a notch.
