England head coach Stuart Lancaster talks selection dilemmas ahead of the Rugby World Cup, which gets underway next month.

The hosts face Fiji at Twickenham in the tournament opener on September 18 in Group A, the so called 'Group of Death', which also includes Australia and Wales.
