Jack Nowell was absent from England training on Tuesday morning, amid concerns he could miss Saturday's Six Nations clash with France.

Nowell is a key performer for Eddie Jones due to his impact as a final-quarter replacement - the role he has played in all three previous rounds of this year's tournament.

Should the Exeter wing be ruled out of the trip to Paris, Elliot Daly will be poised to make his comeback from ankle and calf problems.

England travel to France off the back of last month's 25-13 defeat to Scotland.
