Canada's Sevens success, Saracens in Europe and the Barrett brothers feature in Will Greenwood's selections this week.
In Singapore there were plenty of shocks as Fiji, New Zealand and series leaders South Africa all crashed out before the semi-finals, paving the way for Canada and USA to compete for the title. Canada spoiled the party for their North American neighbours, claiming their first ever tournament win in the process.
The party continued in France, where Benjamin Fall stripped off while on the bench for Montpellier in the Top 14, while Munster celebrated a derby win over Ulster with Simon Zebo on player mic.
On Saturday Munster face an even tougher task as they tackle Saracens in the European Champions Cup semi-final in Dublin, and the north London side will head into the game flying high after their comeback win over Northampton on Sunday.
Elsewhere in Super Rugby Beauden and Jordie Barrett combined once again to cause havoc for the Hurricanes - will we see more of the pair when the Lions travel to New Zealand in June?
