England and Bath winger Anthony Watson has been ruled out for the rest of the season with an Achilles injury.
The 24-year-old suffered the injury during England's 24-15 defeat to Ireland in their final Six Nations game on Saturday.
The versatile Watson lined up at full-back for England at Twickenham but was driven off the pitch on a buggy after staying down following a 34th-minute collision, with head coach Eddie Jones saying after the match that the injury was "not good".
And Bath confirmed on Monday that Watson would miss their run-in as they seek a place in the Premiership play-offs.
Director of Rugby Todd Blackadder said: "Anthony has been in superb form this year, and we're obviously really disappointed to have lost him at a critical part of the season.
"However, he is in great hands here with the support of the medical team at Bath Rugby, and we will be working to ensure he is back to full fitness as soon as possible."
A dynamic attacking threat, Watson has been capped 32 times by England, scoring 15 tries, and started all three Tests for the Lions in New Zealand last summer, but he will now be rated a doubt for England's three-Test summer tour of South Africa.
