The PRO14 features on Sky Sports this weekend along with the World Rugby Sevens Series, a full programme of Super Rugby fixtures and live matches from the Top 14.

Here's all the rugby you can catch on Sky Sports this weekend:

Friday, April 6

  • World Rugby Sevens Series - Hong Kong, 3.20am, Sky Sports Action

After six stops on the HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series, the men's competition now arrives in Hong Kong.

From Friday to Sunday 16 teams will duel for the title and a number of fresh faces will be taking to the field.

Fiji have won the tournament in Hong Kong for the last three seasons and are going into it off the back of taking the title in Vancouver last month.

Our coverage starts in the early hours of Friday morning - 3.20am - on Sky Sports Action and runs through until 2pm. There's a full live programme on Saturday and again on Sunday leading into the Cup final at 12pm.

Sunwolves will bid to claim a first win after losing all five games in the Australian Conference. Second-placed Waratahs have won three of their opening five matches.

  • Chiefs v Blues - Super Rugby, 8.35am, Sky Sports Arena

Chiefs have won four of their five matches in the New Zealand Conference and take on a Blues side bottom with only one victory.

  • Brumbies v Reds - Super Rugby, 10.45am, Sky Sports Arena

Fourth-placed Brumbies take on a Reds side currently one spot and four points above them in the table.

  • Lions v Stormers - Super Rugby, 4.15pm, Sky Sports for iPad

South African Conference leaders Lions face their closest challengers Stormers at Ellis Park.

  • Los Jaguares v Crusaders - Super Rugby, 10.40pm, Sky Sports Action

Los Jaguares will be aiming to climb off the bottom of the South African Conference with a win over a Crusaders side second in the New Zealand division.

  • Scarlets v Glasgow - PRO14, 4.15pm, Sky Sports Action

Fresh from their Champions Cup quarter-final win over La Rochelle, Scarlets will take on Conference A leaders Glasgow on Saturday.

  • Castres v Toulouse - Top 14, 1.45pm, Sky Sports Action

Mid-table Castres will attempt to close the gap on the leading Top 14 sides by beating third-placed Toulouse at Stade Pierre-Fabre.

Sunday, April 8

  • Racing 92 v Toulon - Top 14, 3.50pm, Sky Sports Arena

Champions Cup semi-finalists Racing 92 turn their attention to domestic competition with the second-placed hosts facing a Toulon side in fourth.
