England coach Eddie Jones spends time with Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink

England rugby union head coach Eddie Jones has described his time with Chelsea manager Guus Hiddink as "fascinating" after he visited the Premier League football club's training ground on Friday.

Jones took the opportunity to share ideas with the experienced Dutchman and revealed he had benefited greatly from the experience.

"It's fascinating. He's a guy who has had such a great coaching career," Jones told Sky Sports News HQ.

"He has coached different countries, he has coached all the biggest clubs in the world.

"It was interesting to go and meet him, given his experience of coming [to Chelsea] halfway through the season and putting the club back together.

"I was in a similar position so we were comparing notes. I picked up three or four really great ideas and that is the great thing."
