George Ford believes England are pushing boundaries with their training

George Ford believes England are pushing the boundaries ahead of their autumn international campaign, which is live on Sky Sports.

Fly-half Ford was speaking at the week-long camp in Portugal ahead of England's clash with Argentina on November 11 and he feels the style of training sets them apart.

England also face Australia on November 18 and then Samoa on November 25, all live on Sky Sports.

"We are pushing the boundaries and that is our point of difference, making sure we execute in both attack and defence, in the tough periods and the fatiguing parts of the game," the England number 10 said.

"We just have got to become better at what we do. We go out there and the things that we want to be good at we make sure that we are on it all the time.

"We train it better and with greater intensity and we execute those things under fatigue."

Ford, who returned to Leicester from Bath this season, is now club colleagues with fellow international team-mate Ben Youngs, who he believes to be world class.

He said: "I've noticed that playing with someone who is world-class beside you makes your life as a ten is far easier.

"He makes great decisions and he has a great kicking game. He brings other people into the game and drives the team just as much as any other player in the week and that is a great help.

"[The best thing about his game] is his running and his threat around the ruck and for me as a ten I notice that having that threat from the inside gives me a little bit of extra time and space."
