Scotland forward Ryan Wilson has been ruled out of the rest of the 2019 Six Nations Championship.
The Glasgow Warriors back-rower suffered knee ligament damage during Saturday's loss to Ireland and he will return to the care of his club's medical team.
A Scotland statement added: "Centre Huw Jones and full-back Stuart Hogg suffered knee and shoulder ligament injuries respectively in the same game.
"Both remain part of the Scotland squad and will be assessed by a specialist this week to inform their programme of rehabilitation."
Scotland's next Six Nations match is against France in Paris on February 23.
The Scots have won one and lost one so far, having beaten Italy in their opener.
