The versatile backs have both signed two-year contracts and will join the Exiles at the end of the season.
Sheridan is a product of the Leinster academy and represented Ireland at U18 and U20 level. The 23-year-old's preferred position is inside centre but he is also capable of playing outside centre and on the wing.
Mulchrone, 26, has previously played for Sale Sharks and scored two tries in the LV= Cup win over Irish in 2010. He can play across the back three and also at outside centre.
London Irish director of rugby Brian Smith said: "Eamonn and Fergus are both big talented outside backs and with their Irish heritage they're a great fit for our club.
"Eamonn has made a name for himself in the Leinster Academy and Fergus did the same at Sale.
"Both players have great attitudes and I expect them to put pressure on the matchday squad."
