Veteran lock returns to Johannesburg

The Lions have confirmed they agreed a two-year deal with veteran lock Trevor Hall. The 31-year-old has spent four years at Biarritz, making 78 appearances for the Basque club after moving to France from the Lions in 2006. Hall did have a year left of his current deal with Biarritz, however he was allowed to look for another team after his attempt to seek an extension was rejected. Hall will now team up with the Lions for their Currie Cup campaign.
