Talented back-row determined to become a first-team regular

Former England Under-20 forward Jackson Wray has been handed his first senior contract by Saracens. Jackson follows Chris Wyles in extending his stay at Vicarage Road - with another eight deals expected to be announced on Tuesday. The 20-year-old has made nine appearances for the club, having impressed for the second team and while on loan at Bedford Blues. The back-row, a member of England's Under-20 squad at the World Championship, is now hoping that he can become a first-team regular at the club. He said: "The only currency that really counts at this club is work rate, and I understand what is required to get into rotation - that's my goal. "I'm really pleased to be at a special club that desperately wants to win on the field and also devotes so much time and effort into developing well-rounded, qualified people off the field."
