Andy Farrell's Ireland will head into November's Nations Championship without injured trio Jack Conan, Caelan Doris and Jack Crowley, but Jamison Gibson-Park has been included.
Ireland face Tests against Argentina, Fiji and South Africa next month without captain Caelan Doris and fly-half Jack Crowley, who are both expected to return from long-term injuries in January.
Doris has been sidelined by foot and knee problems, while Crowley is recovering from a vascular issue in his leg. Conan, who like Doris plays at No 8, is also ruled out after injuring his shoulder while playing for Leinster in the Champions Cup last weekend.
Scrum-half Jamison Gibson-Park has yet to feature this season due to a groin injury but has been included in the 36-man squad. Mack Hansen, Andrew Porter and Ryan Baird also return to the squad after recovering from injury.
