Talented fly-half makes switch from Ulster
Rotherham Titans have agreed a deal to sign former Ireland Under-20s star James McKinney from Ulster.
The 21-year-old fly-half has appeared at the past two IRB Junior World Championships and impressed with his goal-kicking.
However McKinney, who played against the Titans in the British and Irish Cup this season, has now been convinced to make the move to Clifton Lane.
McKinney will compete with last season's leading points scorer in the Championship Gerry Law for the No.10 jersey and the kicking duties.
Law, who was also named in the Championship Dream Team, scored 214 points during the regular season.
