Biarritz have confirmed the signings of young Australians Dane Haylett-Petty and Michael Bond ahead of the Top 14 season. Biarritz's Australian coach Jack Isaac had admitted targetting the pair last month and anticipates they will join their new team-mates on Tuesday at pre-season. Centre Bond, 23, played for North Brisbane after spells with Brisbane Broncos and the Sydney Roosters in the NRL. South African-born Haylett-Petty, 21, arrives from Western Force where the back played eight Super 14 matches. He also played for Australia at last year's U20 World Championship.
