Fiji have made four changes to the team beaten 35-11 by England for their World Cup Pool A match against Australia at the Millennium Stadium on Wednesday.
Flanker Dominiko Waqaniburotu was suspended for one week after admitting an act of foul play against England.
Waqaniburotu, who was not punished by the referee, was cited for dangerous tip tackle on England winger Jonny May and has been ruled out of the game.
Judicial officer Chris Smith reviewed television footage of the incident and deemed it to be "low-end", also taking into account Waqaniburotu's admission and remorse before deciding on a one-week ban.
He will be replaced in the team by Peceli Yato. Hooker Sunia Koto, lock Api Ratuniyarawa and No 8 Sakiusa Matadigo make way for Talemaitoga Tuapati, Tevita Cavubati and Netani Talei respectively.
Captain Akapusi Qera will make his 49th international appearance, behind only Nicky Little (58) and Seremaia Bai (50) on Fiji's all-time list.
