London Welsh have taken their tally of new signings to 14 in a week after announcing the arrival of lock James Sandford, scrum-half Paul Rowley and back-rowers Jesse Liston and Cameron Goodhue.
The Exiles have wasted little time in adding to their squad afer securing promotion back to the Premiership by beating Bristol in a two-legged Championship play-off final.
"It's another four fantastic and exciting signings by the club for next season," head coach Justin Burnell told the club's website.
"Cameron has Super 15 experience, Jesse has just returned from England Counties duty in Georgia, Paul impressed against us last season for Plymouth Albion in the Championship and James is also very experienced and has a tremendous attitude - I was very impressed when meeting him."
Sanford, 25, joins Welsh from Cornish Pirates having previously played for London Irish, Ulster and Rotherham and respresented Ireland at Under-20 and U18 level.
The 27-year-old Goodhue spent last season at Worcester, who were relegated from the Premiership, after arriving from Auckland Blues in Super 15.
Rowley, 27, joins from Albion having caught the eye in the south-west club's remarkable 36-15 victory over Welsh in February.
And Liston signs on from National League One side Blackheath, where he made 27 appearances last season and scored four tries.
Welsh announced the signings of former England fly-half Olly Barkley, Tristan Roberts, Nic Reynolds, Chris Elder, Taione Vea, Ricky Reeves, Shane Cahill, Jack Gilding, Nathan Taylor and Jimmy Litchfield earlier this week.
