Saracens scrum-half Mosese Rauluni will skipper the Pacific Islanders for their Test matches against England, France and Italy. Rauluni was the captain for Fiji at the 2007 World Cup, guiding them into the quarter-finals. The Pacific Islanders, made up of the players from Fiji, Samoa and Tonga, only come together every two years but have yet to win a Test match victory. However head coach Quddus Fielea is confident that what they lack in preparation, having only met up on Sunday, they will more than make up for in passion. Fielea said: "The rugby we play will be simple - we will run, tackle, play direct and go hard at them. "It is a huge task but we can make our dreams come true if we stick to our game plan." And tour manager Sitiveni Rabuka believes that the Pacific Islanders will play with plenty of commitment. "We represent many people but it doesn't matter where we come from. We stand together as Pacific Islanders," said Rabuka. "Pacific Island nations provided the energy and the spark of the Rugby World Cup in France and we now have the opportunity to build on this tradition."
