Saracens have announced that Nick Lloyd will leave the Guinness Premiership club after five years at Vicarage Road.

Prop leaves after five years at Vicarage Road

Saracens have announced that loosehead prop Nick Lloyd will leave the Guinness Premiership club after five years at Vicarage Road. The 32-year-old, who has played for both Scotland and England Saxons in the Churchill Cup over recent campaigns, departs Watford in preparation for 2009/10. Director of rugby Brendan Venter has already been busy during the off-season with the forward signings of Ernst Joubert, Rhys Gill, Schalk Brits, Ethienne Reynecke, Richard Skuse, Carlos Nieto and Frik Venter. In a brief statement, Saracens thanked Lloyd for his service to the club and wished him well for the future.
