Injuries and suspension are beginning to bite for Burton as they prepare to host Brighton.

Damien McCrory is nursing a dead leg following the draw against Fulham while Ben Turner, his replacement at Craven Cottage, received his fifth yellow card of the season on Tuesday night and must now serve a one-match ban. Fellow centre-half Kyle McFadzean is already suspended.

John Mousinho (hamstring), Tom Flanagan (thigh), Lucas Akins (hamstring) and Callum Reilly (dead leg) were also absent against Fulham and continue to struggle for fitness.

Meanwhile, on-loan Brighton striker Chris O'Grady is ineligible against his parent club.

Brighton are set to welcome back striker Sam Baldock, who has missed the last two matches.

Baldock was suspended for Saturday's defeat by Brentford and then sat out Tuesday night's win over leaders Huddersfield with a minor calf problem.

Winger Kazenga LuaLua will miss out again with a knee injury.
