Image: Paul Keegan: Not ready to return for Doncaster

Harry Pell faces a late fitness test ahead of Cheltenham's home clash with Doncaster.

The midfielder scored the Robins' goal in Tuesday's 1-1 draw at Carlisle but was taken off with what boss Gary Johnson described as a "tennis ball-sized haematoma" on his shin.

Striker Dan Holman is "touch and go" as he continues to struggle with a foot injury, but Amari Morgan-Smith is expected to be back in the squad.

Winger James Dayton is pushing for a start after recovering from an ankle knock but forward Jack Munns (knee) remains a long-term absentee.

Doncaster's injury woes continue to mount, with defender Tyler Garrett the latest to be ruled out.

Garrett was withdrawn from the midweek home win against Cambridge at half-time due to a foot injury and will be sidelined for a month, forcing boss Darren Ferguson to include two teenagers in his squad.

Defenders Reece Fielding, 17, and Danny Amos, 16, will both be included as Neil Mason (knee), ruled out for two months after joining on loan from Aston Villa, Mathieu Baudry (Achilles), Craig Alcock (ankle), Luke McCullough (knee) and Joe Wright (toe) are all still out.
