East Kilbride v Celtic: Team news for Sunday's Scottish Cup tie
Sunday 7 February 2016 08:23, UK
Celtic boss Ronny Deila will assess any bumps and bruises among his squad before picking a team to face East Kilbride on Sunday.
The fifth-round Scottish Cup tie provides Celtic the opportunity to bounce back from consecutive defeats in the last five days.
Deila's side lost to Ross County in the League Cup semi-final at Hampden on Sunday and then to nearest Premiership challengers Aberdeen in the league at Pittodrie.
Celtic talisman Kris Commons has been suffering from a throat infection as well as hamstring issues and will miss out again.
Defender Jozo Simunovic faces four to six weeks out with a knee ligament injury, while midfielder Tom Rogic (ankle) and versatile Charlie Mulgrew (thigh) are unlikely to feature.
One of East Kilbride's Scottish Cup goal heroes, Sean Winter, misses out as he is on a family holiday in Australia.
Ross Smith is absent with a knee injury, while Ross McKinnon and Aaron Connolly are unable to face the Hoops because they are cup-tied.
