Highlights of Gillingham's 3-2 win over Scunthorpe in Sky Bet League One.

A hat-trick of penalties for Josh Wright against his former club completed a remarkable turnaround for Gillingham, who recovered from two goals down to beat Scunthorpe 3-2.

Paddy Madden turned home Kevin van Veen's cross from 10 yards out after just four minutes to put the promotion-chasing Iron ahead.

Max Ehmer had a header cleared off the line by Stephen Dawson, but the visitors enjoyed the best of the play with Nelson denying Madden and Van Veen time and time again either side of half-time.

Harry Toffolo's 25-yard effort looked to have put the game to bed with 15 minutes remaining, but when Matt Crooks fouled Bradley Dack and Wright got his first, the hosts could smell blood.

And remarkably referee Robert Lewis awarded two more penalties to Gillingham in the final 10 minutes, the first for a handball in the area before Van Veen brought down Wright.

And the 27-year-old midfielder made no mistake with either spot-kick to fire his side to the unlikeliest of wins. It was also the first hat-trick from any Gills player since 2011.
