Sergio Busquets will be missing through suspension for Barcelona as they travel to Juventus for the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final on Tuesday night.

Luis Enrique's side make the trip to Turin off the back of their historic last-16 victory over Paris Saint-Germain, when they recovered from a 4-0 first-leg deficit to progress with a 6-1 win at the Nou Camp.

The last time these two sides met was in the 2015 final in Berlin, when Barcelona prevailed 3-1 to win their fifth European Cup in total.

    Team news

Juventus will be without winger Marko Pjaca as he will miss the rest of the season after suffering knee ligament damage while on Croatia duty.

Defenders Giorgio Chiellini, Leonardo Bonucci and Dani Alves were all on the bench at the weekend and could return to the starting side.

Leonardo Bonucci will reportedly be watched by Chelsea and Manchester City scouts in the Champions League

Arda Turan, Aleix Vidal and Rafinha are all injured for Barcelona, while Busquets is suspended for the first leg.

Highlights of Malaga’s win over Barcelona from the Primera Division

Juventus have won their last four games in the Champions League, the current longest run in the competition. They are the only unbeaten team this season alongside Real Madrid

On top of that, Juventus haven't conceded a goal for 351 minutes, also the current longest run in the competition. Sevilla's Nico Pareja was the last player to find the Turin nets, back in November

Juventus have conceded fewer goals in the Champions League this season than any of the other seven sides still left in the competition (2 in 8 games). Both of those goals came from set-piece

Juventus are unbeaten in their last 17 Champions League home games (W10 D7), their longest ever run without a defeat in the competition on home soil. Bayern Munich are the last team to beat them, back in April 2013 (2-0)

Juventus' last eight goals in the Champions League have been scored by eight different players

    Charlie's prediction

Well a lot of people will be looking at Wednesday's games as the most interesting ties but for me this is the game of the round. I think Juventus are real potential champions and, while it's often all too easy for them in Serie A, this is the ultimate test of their credentials.

Barcelona are arriving on the back of a bad defeat, which may well have ended their La Liga title hopes, but you can never write this side off with the three amigos up front. Luis Suarez is the key man for Barca in this game because Juve will be focused on dealing with the wide men and I think he'll show us why he's the best No 9 in the business with the way he'll handle their physicality.

Charlie predicts: 1-1 and Suarez to score first - 25/1 with Sky Bet

    Betting

Juventus are Sky Bet's 6/4 favourites to win on the night but Barcelona, who are 9/5 for a first-leg lead, are odds-on to reach the semi-finals. Gonzalo Higuain and Lionel Messi are joint favourites in the first goalscorer market at 4/1 apiece, while Luis Suarez (9/2) and Paulo Dybala (6/1) follow closely behind.
