Hamburg have confirmed Gokhan Tore has joined Rubin Kazan in a deal worth £4.6 million.
Tore, 20, a former Chelsea player has signed a four-year deal with the Russian outfit.
The Premier League club will receive 50 per cent of the transfer fee due to sell-on clause they inserted when Tore left the club.
Hamburg general manager, Frank Arnesen, confirmed to DIE WELT newspaper, the deal had been done: "We have agreed to the transfer of Gokhan Tore, who will join Rubin Kazan in Russia.
"He has signed a contract."
Tore featured in 22 Bundesliga games last season for Hamburg where he was highly rated.
