Rio Ferdinand will be in the same team as John Terry and Ashley Cole for a charity match in aid of UNICEF at Old Trafford on 14 November.
Ferdinand's relationship with his fellow England internationals has been strained over the last few years but the trio will line up in a Great Britain and Ireland side to be captained by David Beckham and managed by Sir Alex Ferguson.
Chelsea defender Terry received a four-match suspension after he was found guilty of using abusive language towards Ferdinand's brother Anton during a Premier League game against QPR in October 2011, while Cole gave evidence on Terry's behalf at a magistrates hearing, which saw the Chelsea captain cleared of a racial abuse charge over the same incident.
Ferdinand wrote in his autobiography that "three years later I find it impossible to forgive or forget the pain [Terry] put my family through" and that he felt Cole had "betrayed" their friendship.
The trio will be part of a Great Britain and Ireland side for the charity contest that also includes a string of Ferdinand's fellow former United stars in the shape of Phil Neville, Nicky Butt, Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs and Andy Cole.
Former Liverpool men Michael Owen, who also spent time with United, and Jamie Carragher are also in the squad as are goalkeepers David Seaman and David James, plus defender Sol Campbell.
Carlo Ancelotti's Rest of the World team will be captained by Zidane and also includes his fellow Frenchman Patrick Vieira, Portuguese great Luis Figo and the Brazilian Ronaldinho.
Former Manchester United trio Edwin van der Sar, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Dwight Yorke are all included, along with Italian defensive duo Fabio Cannavaro and Alessandro Nesta, German midfield great Michael Ballack and former Arsenal star Robert Pires.
