Premier League Opta data: The best of Saturday's stats

Bournemouth's 1-0 win over Chelsea capped another thrilling day of Premier League action.

But which defender is yet to concede a goal in his 407 minutes on the field this season? And which player has been involved in 14 goals in his last 13 appearances?

Here, we round up the best stats from each game with the help of our friends at Opta.

Stoke 2-0 Manchester City

The Potters scored more than once in a Premier League game against Man City for the first time.

Manuel Pellegrini's side have gone four Premier League away games without a win. They've failed to score in their last three on the road for the first time since April 2009.

Stoke stunned Manchester City 2-0 thanks to Marko Arnautovic's brace.

Stoke have lost just one of their eight home Premier League clashes against the Citizens (W2 D5).

Man City have kept just two clean sheets in their last 10 Premier League games, having kept six in a row prior to that.

Man City have won none of the last 59 Premier League games in which they've been at least two goals behind (D3 L56), since a 3-2 win at Norwich in February 2005.

The Potters have not conceded a Premier League goal while Ryan Shawcross has been on the pitch this season (407 minutes).

Indeed, Stoke have kept six clean sheets in their last eight Premier League games.

Arnautovic has been involved in seven goals in his last seven league games at the Britannia (3 goals, 4 assists). He scored with both of his shots on target today.

Arsenal 3-1 Sunderland

Mesut Ozil has had a hand in 14 goals in his last 13 Premier League appearances (two goals, 12 assists).

Ozil has now recorded 12 Premier League assists this season, the most by an Arsenal player since Cesc Fabregas in 2009/10 (13).

Arsenal claimed a 3-1 win over Sunderland at the Emirates Stadium.

Arsenal have scored a league-high three own-goals in the Premier League this season.

The Gunners have now gone four top-flight games without keeping a clean sheet, their longest run since December 2014-January 2015 (six games in total).

Olivier Giroud has had a hand in six goals in his last four Premier League appearances against Sunderland (four goals, two assists).

Since joining Arsenal in the summer of 2012, Giroud has netted 17 headed goals in the Premier League, more than any other player.

Arsenal are unbeaten in their last 12 top flight clashes with Sunderland (W8 D4) and have suffered defeat in just one of the last 24 against the Black Cats.

Sam Allardyce has now lost eight successive Premier League games against the Gunners and hasn't beaten the north Londoners in the competition since May 2010 (Blackburn 2-1 Arsenal).

Manchester United 0-0 West Ham United

Manchester United had just one shot on target from their 21 in the match (10 off target, 10 blocked).

This is only the third time West Ham have gone to Old Trafford in the Premier League era and taken a point or more (W2 D1 L17).

West Ham held Man Utd to their sixth 0-0 draw of the season.

The Red Devils have drawn 0-0 for the eighth time in 2015, their most in a calendar year since 2005 (10).

United have kept nine clean sheets this season, the most in the Premier League. They racked up 11 in the whole of last season.

Manchester United are unbeaten in their last 14 Premier League meetings with West Ham, winning 11 and drawing three.

West Ham have netted just 10 goals in total in their 20 visits to Old Trafford in the Premier League.

The Hammers kept their first clean sheet since September (v Newcastle) in the Premier League, ending a nine game run without one.

The Red Devils have lost just two Premier League home games in 2015, a joint-league-low figure along with Arsenal and Tottenham.

West Ham have taken 14 points from away games this campaign, have secured just 16 last season under Sam Allardyce.

Southampton 1-1 Aston Villa

Aston Villa are now winless in 14 league games - their longest such run in history.

Southampton have won just three of their last 12 Premier League home games against the Villans (D5 L4).

Bottom club Aston Villa claimed a 1-1 draw away to Southampton.

Villa have dropped 10 points from leading positions this season, a joint league-high along with Newcastle.

Oriol Romeu scored his first Premier League goal in what was his 32nd appearance.

Following a six-game unbeaten run, Ronald Koeman's side are winless in their last three Premier League games (D1 L2).

The Villans picked up their first point on the road since their 1-0 win at Bournemouth on the opening day.

However, this was their first Premier League draw away from home since November 2014 (W4 L15).

Joleon Lescott scored his first Premier League goal since December 2014 (for West Brom vs QPR).

Swansea 0-3 Leicester

Riyad Mahrez became the first Algerian player to score a Premier League hat-trick.

Indeed, Mahrez has now been involved in 16 Premier League goals this season (10 goals, 6 assists) - a record only team-mate Jamie Vardy can match (14 goals, 2 assists).

Riyad Mahrez scored a hat-trick as Leicester went top with a 3-0 win over Swansea.

The midfielder became only the third Leicester player to score a Premier League hat-trick, after Ian Marshall and Stan Collymore.

The Swans have won just one of their last 11 Premier League games (D3 L7).

Meanwhile, the Foxes have lost just one of their last 19 top-flight games (W12 D6).

Claudio Ranieri's side are the only Premier League team to have scored in all 15 games this season.

Garry Monk's side have failed to score in seven of their last 11 Premier League matches.

Leicester have scored at least three goals in three consecutive Premier League away games for the first time. The last time they did this in league competition was in March 1993.

Watford 2-0 Norwich

Troy Deeney is the first Watford player to score in four consecutive Premier League appearances.

The Hornets have scored three penalties this season, only Leicester have netted more (five).

Troy Deeney scored for the fourth consecutive game as Watford beat Norwich 2-0.

Odion Ighalo has been directly involved in six goals in his last six top flight appearances (four goals, two assists).

Ighalo has also scored more goals than any other player in the top four tiers in 2015 (25).

Norwich have managed just one clean sheet in the Premier League this season (no team has no clean sheets).

The Canaries have enjoyed just one win in their last 10 Premier League games, drawing three and losing six.

Watford now have six victories in the league this season, equalling the most they have ever enjoyed in a full Premier League season (99/00).

West Bromwich Albion 1-1 Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham Hotspur are unbeaten in 14 league games (W6 D8) - their best run in the top-flight since March 1985 (also 14 games).

Dele Alli has scored or assisted in three of his last four Premier League games (two goals and an assist).

West Brom came from behind to frustrate Tottenham at the Hawthorns.

James McClean netted his first top-flight goal since scoring against West Ham for Sunderland in January 2013.

Darren Fletcher provided the assist for McClean, his first in the Premier League since setting up Nani against Stoke City in September 2011.

Tottenham have lost just one of their last 12 Premier League meetings with WBA (W5 D6 L1).

West Brom have picked up just three points in their last six Premier League home matches against Spurs (W0 D3 L3).

The Baggies have won just twice in their eight home matches this campaign (D2 L4).

Chelsea 0-1 Bournemouth

Chelsea went 388 minutes (all competitions) without conceding a goal until Glenn Murray scored for Bournemouth.

There were 99 seconds between Murray entering the pitch and scoring the winning goal.

Glenn Murray's late header snatched three points for Bournemouth at Chelsea.

Chelsea lost at home to a newly-promoted side for the first time since April 2001 (1-0 v Charlton), going 43 games without defeat since then (W37 D6).

Bournemouth (18) have now scored more goals than Chelsea (17) this season.

No reigning Premier League champion has won fewer (4) or lost more (8) after 15 games than Chelsea this season.

In the Premier League this season, no side has conceded more goals in the last 15 minutes of games than Chelsea (seven - level with Norwich).

Before losing to Bournemouth, Chelsea had lost only one game against a newly-promoted side under Jose Mourinho (1-0 v Crystal Palace in 2013/14), with a record of W29 D2 L1.

Bournemouth have ended a run of eight Premier League games (D3 L5) without a win.

No Premier League team has ever finished higher than 8th after having exactly 15 points from the first 15 games.
